Use lapse from your command line, written in preformat and beautiful Rust

I used vscode copilot
I looked around for a good library to record the users’ scree, I landed on xcap, it is multiplatform and still maintained. I wanted to use scap ait first, because that has a nicer API, but it just doesn’t work.
Furthermore, I set up a basic project, that records the screen and saves the frames.
I talked with ascpixi, and sadly the lapse API doesn’t currently support time laps uploads from external sources, so I have to wait untill the REFACTOR happens.
