will be merged to cdn.hackclub.com

I added btach upoading to HC CDN! (Its acutally up this time!)
Too short of a log as i forgot to log
but added batch supprot and am waiting on merge!

Updated CDN, hardest part was figuring out the dang Presigned S# urls aaaaaaaa

Redirects to cdn.hackclub-assets.com/<id>/<filename> → public R2, cached at edge
