I added a real readme which replaces the router boilerplate

Quality of live update

I made smaller quality of live changes like:

• adding a clear search button to the search bars in the games and tools page
• fixing the default language
• fixing links in the footer

The page now also contains a contacts page with all my socials and ist hosted on github pages (https://orosemo.de) pls check it out and give me feedback :)

I added the “Tools” and “Games” to my personal website.
Both include a search bar and for now English and German translations as well as working with the dark/lightmode switcher.
Next ill add the “Contacts” page, stay tuned :).
