Completed the CLI also published it as a npm package. This helps to keep your debuging console.log with you only and not in your git commit can try using npx purecommit for more info visit https://github.com/Prof2807/PureCommit/tree/main

So I made the cli it was pretty easy but it is a quality of life script. Because it helps you avoid commiting your console.log for debuging and any debug comment if any also you can keep any console.log if you want. I am trying to make it a npm package.
