an “idle” mining simulator/productivity tool to help reward you for spending time working towards your goals! when you begin a “lock in session”, let your little alter ego make their way down to the mines to uncover some treasure. the longer you stay focused, the more rewards you get! sell your precious ores for coins & upgrade your gear, buying tickets to increasingly valuable mines as you climb the levels!

what’s up guys i’m 16 i’m the new player on the basketball team i’m really excited to pla—ok fine i will talk about my project. today i did the whole revamp thing that cleaned up my system and made it a lot more centralized than the JANK system it was on before; now everything refers to a json that stores info about items in the game. also i added a few formatting things & redesigned like prices and stuff to try and make progression and a little more interesting & less easy. also added sell feature!! todo: connect that to a slash command + implement processing materials for selling AND level system

working on the shop feature today!! can’t get the add to inventory after purchase aspect to go completely flawlessly & fixing that will require a little bit of a variable restructure because right now my inventory and gear inventory are kind of mixed up… would love to try and fix it tonight but i genuinely am so hungry and cannot think anymore </3 see u later !! (p.s. name change by 1 letter…)

first time working with discord.py, kinda nervous…. documentation is a bit difficult to understand and there’s a lot of outdated tutorials that i had to filter through, but eventually i figured some things out! i have now successfully implemented the start session & end session embeds, buttons, and reward system!! also have a database system that stores these as persistent data through bot restarts :) todo: add timestamp to all outputs, make shop function + add gear/mine progression, also figure out why slash commands are not working :(
