TerraSal is a predictive system built to help famers. Currently the problem is in places like punjab (in india) LOTS of farmers unfortunately lose their crops due to soil salinity damage. So this is why we built this project to prevent and alert the farmers before its too late by using 5-6 parameters like rainfall, Ground water salinity, water table depth……. etc.
Im a 14 yr old city boy who has no real connection to farms except in school geography textbooks where i saw the problem (no sob story 😔).
We hope to take this project to the government and after like 100 years of bureaucracy it should help the farmers across india by putting it on the government village computers.
